*Day 18 - Live in Oneness.* 🌎

Hello everyone and welcome to day 18! 😊

Don’t feel pressured if you got behind. Maybe you do two in a day or you’ll end after the 21 days. Do what you need to do to get on track.

If you do end up with extra time and seek more inspiration, review your previous days and listen again to your favorite meditations, or supplement the journal where you feel elaboration is beneficial.  Create your WhatsApp group for your own 21 Day Family if you haven't yet. Do it for one person even! Everyone really needs this meditation practice right now, even if they’ve done it before!

1. Today's task: _Live in Oneness_

In today's meditation, we will learn about unity as the underlying truth of all that exists.

As individuals, we are not always alike. We may have different lifestyles, different beliefs, and perceptions. However, these differences exist only in the physical realm. Whereas at the molecular and spiritual level we are all one and are connected with the primary universal source.

When we begin to fully understand this concept of life in unity, the idea of a personal “I” gives way to the image of a universal “I”.  The concept of rivalry disappears and cooperation comes as a natural replacement. This connection enables deep feelings of love and empathy with everyone and everything that surrounds us.

Post Meditation Reflections and Questions:
Please write down your answers in your notebook.

A. How would I define unity?
B. What do I think of diversity?
C. What infuriates me the most in "others"?  Did I find the courage to discover in myself precisely these qualities?
D. How does meditation help me realize that I'm living in unity?
E. How do I feel oneness with everyone around me?
F. How will embracing oneness benefit me in my life?

2. Affirmation of the day:
*I celebrate my unity with all life, knowing we are all one.*

3. Mantra of the day:
*Tat Tvam Asi*

4. Remember yesterday’s exercise of important items? Today, list 10 gratitude items that are the most materialistic to you!  Like, I’m grateful when I splurge on the most gourmet ice cream at Groceryland.  I’m grateful that I have many pairs of dress shoes even if I don’t get to wear them. It’s important to appreciate your wealth of abundance. Celebrate it. When done, read each item as follows, “I’m grateful for “item” as abundance flows _to and through_ me. We are all abundant”.  Then, see what happens. Your neighbor just might call asking for a chat and ice cream or call to borrow those _Fucci’s._ :)

Have a wonderful day and a deep feeling of unity during your meditation!
