In today's meditation, we will look at the Law of Least Effort and how it can support us in becoming unattached to the outcome of our deepest desires and intentions.

When our actions are motivated by love, our energy is multiplied and accumulated. The release of this energy allows us to redirect and use it to create everything that we want to create.

When the spirit is our inner point of reference, the power of love is at our disposal.  We can use this energy creatively, moving toward abundance and evolution.

✨Questions:

1. According to your belief system, how hard should you have to work to enjoy true abundance?

2. In what areas of your life would you like to experience more abundance with less effort?

3. What changes can you make to release your desires more freely into the space of universal consciousness — the source of all abundance?

Tasks for Day 11:

1. Bring your mother to mind:
Has your mother lived with fulfilling abundance?

Now describe your mother in your notebook:

A. What are her positive aspects?
B. What are her limitations?
C. What do/did you learn from her?
D. What brings/brought you closer?
E. What separates/separated or distances / distanced you from her?
F. What is her strongest disappointment?
G. What are her dreams? Her dreams for you?

This is deep, powerful work, as our parents are our gate to abundance in our physical world!
Our beliefs about abundance are influenced by them.
If this is a challenging task, simply see her as just a human being, an individual living her own life.
If your mother is no longer in this world, focus on her image, visit with that image, and write what rises in your memory and feelings.

Day 10 – Abundance and the Law of Karma

Today, start as early as possible so that there is more time to return to today's affirmation.

In today's meditation we will learn about the _Law of Karma or conscious choice-making_ and see how by making the right choices, we can bring goodness into our lives.

When you are making a choice, you get to ask yourself: "How will this choice bring more happiness and more _Abundance_ into my life and lives of those around me, including my _Abundance Family_?"

Having asked this question, shift your attention from your mind to your heart and the answer should immediately become clear.

By practicing conscious choice-making in this way, you will learn to observe your thoughts and make decisions that are most favorable to you.

QUESTION 1:  How do you normally make decisions?

QUESTION 2:  How have your key decisions, over the years, affected your life?

QUESTION 3:  How can you make more conscious choices from now on?

Tasks for Day 10:

1. From the list of 5 flaws/shortcomings you wrote down yesterday, find 2 which you are ready to work with.  

Schedule an action plan by writing down at least 2 actions, specific daily activities, or wider actions extended over time.

In order to “improve” a flaw, make a specific plan on how to reduce/eliminate it, or realize its strong side and start using it to your benefit. Shift your perspective. After all, _ADHD_ may simply be, _"Attention Deficit Hyper-beneficiary Delights!"_

When done, today is the day to launch your plan!

Write the affirmation of the day in your notebook and keep it in your head, remembering and reciting it as often as possible during the day.

Today, do what you usually don’t. Pass through a new road and not the usual route. Take a walk through the park and if you see something of interest, take the time to stop and explore it. If you’ve been invited by a group of people to an event, but you always refused to go – say "YES"!

_Try doing as many things as different as possible._

Have a different breakfast. Dress differently. Go to a real boutique store rather than Amazon. Buy something unusual. Go to a new cafe. Get to know someone you've been interested in for a long time.

Today's assignment:
Find at least five receipts of recent purchases. Receipts can be of any type:  supermarket, restaurant, personal items, car, health, hairdresser, entertainment, etc.

Write on each of them:

💫All that is invested is good and will return to itself seven times.💫

If your purchase receipts are electronic, you may create your own paper receipt by writing the amount, date, and to whom you paid on a piece of paper.

And from now on, on each purchase receipt that you receive, write this statement — or experiment with others that are similarly resonant for you (e.g., “Whatever I spend returns to me hundredfold”).

Remember, it’s important not only WHAT you write, but HOW you write it. Write with presence and intention.

Words have power. They help our mind build new programming and therefore help to create a new reality for us.

Day 7 – Spontaneous Fulfillment of Desire

Greetings, Dear Friends! 🌞

I am quite joyous to feel your connection. It even makes me incredibly happy! These commitments and new agreements are powerful tools to support your abundance mindset. They can support you to make any life-altering leap of faith that you desire.

I'm certain you are feeling some internal shifts by now, giving you self-motivation. I also know
that the entire challenge feels more achievable.

*But wait!*

Seriously, if you’re in some sorta denial about your greatness and the endless possibilities in your life, then STOP what you’re doing this week. Take a break, take off work during this holiday week, tell yourself or your boss or yourself as the boss and your family that you’re _“not coming in for the next two days”_! Now relax, take inventory, and get prepared for the new year. I’m here to support you, so call me if you need anything to get in the RIGHT 2021 MINDSET!

And as we move forward, I am overjoyed to continue on this journey with you and share your achievements.

Today's assignment:

Make a list of people (only their name, the surname does not matter) that you somehow feel take energy away from you.

Maybe you have obsessive thoughts about them, unresolved emotions, feelings of revenge, hurt feelings, guilt, unspoken words, unresolved issues, or any feelings that cause you discomfort. It can be your neighbors, employees, bosses, family members, or members of the government. They can be people near or far from you, alive or dead. The important thing is what you feel about them.

Now, recall and discover why you added their names to this list in writing. A few words are fine. Thereafter, write a specific blessing to each one of them, from your heart to their heart.

Next, from an ancient Hawaiian practice:  For each name on your list, whisper, _“Ho’oponopono: I love you. I’m sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you.”_

This is a very impactful exercise if you put your heart into it. You have the opportunity to let go of negative feelings, seal off the leak of energy, and regain your personal power. Remember that these people, even if you struggle to communicate with them, can be your teachers through whom you get to learn your lessons, understand new things, and develop valuable skills. 
This exercise may live with you for a few days, but trust that you can release and build your positive momentum towards abundance!

Gratitude Walk
Look at your past gratitude lists to date. With every listed item, read them aloud or voice them and feel the gratitude in your heart. Now, take that gratitude energy and go outside for a walk or hike and feel the energy well up in your heart! Look at the sky, look at the birds, the grass, the snow,, the concrete, the cars, the trees, everything! Feel your gratitude. When you’re really feeling it, look around and find a stone or pebble. The first one you see. This will now become your gratitude rock!  Place it next to your bed and hold it before sleeping and feel your gratitude list bounce off the pages.  
Now if you’re thinking, “What? Another task?”  My response is, _“Take a hike!”_

Even if you’re behind a day or two, what's important is that you keep moving forward, regardless of where you are in the timeline. Here and now you're experiencing 21 days of the rest of your life! 

So, love every bit of your ongoing commitment as you sustain your energy in the group. Remember, YOU are part of our family tree! 🌎 💚

The Day 6 task:

Many of us think that we need to work extremely hard to achieve material wealth. However, this is not necessarily the case.

Please read the following statement to define a new relationship with money:

"I, (full name) start a new relationship with money today. Money is good, pure, useful, and necessary for my prosperity and growth, and for my satisfaction and well being.

Money brings positive things to my life. The success that I experience in life brings money and happiness to me and my loved ones.

I deserve to flourish and have an overflow of money.

Money is my friend and the value of my investments in it is compounding every day.

Success and money accompany me, here and now.

I ask my parents and ancestors up to the very origins of my family, who had difficulties due to lack of money, to bless me and give me permission to live more abundantly.

And I ask my parents and ancestors up to the very origins of my family, who lived in abundance and prosperity, to inspire me.”

Please write this statement down 5 times in your notebook and/or make a voice memo on your phone and return to it throughout the week.  I have done it written, spoken, Shakespearean, and as piano and guitar songs. You can choose what’s best for you. Please, no accordion songs. 🙂

This task is quite easy if you let the message flow. Before "performing" it - sit down comfortably, relax, inhale several times slowly and deeply through the nose and exhale at the same pace through the nose. Our brain learns through repetition and rehearsal.

As such, _tune_ in to connect to what you will write and say.

All of this is done _to harmonize_ your internal relationship with money. 🍇🎹🎬🎻

So here we are abundance marauders! Day 5!

Wow! The energy from the *Personal Abundance Statements* is powerful. Keep ‘em coming. Thank you for entrusting me with guiding you through this journey.

So, here is the task of Day 5.

TRUE ABUNDANCE is impossible to experience alone. We will undertake a very important experience in expanding the flow of abundance. Today's task is based on the law of energy exchange.

Everything is made up of energy. A person constantly exchanges energy with other people. The first principle of this law is that balance must be maintained in everything.

If somewhere there is a reduction, then somewhere else there is an increase. Energy does not just disappear - that’s basic physics. Whatever you send into the outside world will return to you eventually. If you want to achieve a balance in everything, learn to give and receive equally.

In today's meditation, Deepak will highlight to following: _Attention energizes and intention Transforms!_

So, today, you get to create your *Abundance Family Tree*!

The Tree is a written list of your friends, family, or anyone who will receive your *Intention of Abundance.* Feel free to even _draw and color_ a tree filled with leaves for everyone on your list, receiving your good fortune!

After you create your tree, you will *Focus your Attention* and call out each person by name as follows:
*"I INTEND that (name of person) lives a life filled with TRUE ABUNDANCE!"*

When you are complete with everyone on the list, call out the following:
*I, (your name), live in a world FILLED with TRUE ABUNDANCE!*

_Now, pause and close your eyes. Feel the abundance in your energy exchange._

Try to include anyone you wish without any sort of prejudice. They might come from your Day 4 prosperous list, be someone that seemingly lacks abundance or the friendly barista that works at your favorite coffee shop. This is about YOU becoming the conductor of Abundance. The list could be 5 people or 50.

When you create your Abundance Tree, then Creation of Abundance for yourself is truly your INTENTION.

Finally, Day 5:

Today we will dive into the field of all possibilities that appears during the silence of meditation.

The unlimited power of the universe is always at your disposal. Within.

By making intuitive decisions rooted in this united field, you can express your deepest desires.

In your everyday life, if possible, continue to cultivate inner silence. Spend more time in nature, absorbing its beauty and observing how abundance manifests itself everywhere. Immerse yourself in the energy of beautiful music, uplifting and inspiring stories, positively minded people around you.

By doing this, you will see how the field of all possibilities is widely revealed before you to help your dreams, hopes and desires come true.

The statement includes your photo, wearing a smile, with the following affirmation: _"I, (first name), from now on and forever, CHOOSE to live in True Abundance!"_

How great is it to do this on Christmas day? Making a bold statement to receive!

1.  Make a list, quantity is not important, of people whom you consider prosperous in your family or circle of friends.

_Important!_  We are not only talking about financial prosperity, the indispensable component is joy/happiness that this person experiences. Doesn’t matter how many you list, even two is enough.

Even when it's a challenge or inconvenient, by sticking to the daily meditation,  some of the most profound breakthroughs will come!

Welcome to the third day!

We can all benefit from pausing, allocating some time to ourselves and diving into the consciousness of abundance in a community of like-minded people. Also, it’s good discipline.

Here are the tasks for Day 3:

1. In your notebook, draw banknotes, checks, stocks, bonds, bills, coins, gift cards, loyalty points, cryptos and any other means of payment. 💰💳💎💷💶💴

Draw more than enough to pay all the debts and expenses you recorded yesterday. 😉 Some of us carry a number in our head (an amount we need/want) while others don’t even know the number. Take some time to figure out yours today.

You have complete freedom to create a solution. We draw, so that the opportunity to pay off everything you need is created in field of possibilities!

Use your imagination, your creativity and markers, pencils or paint completely freely. It's not about drawing skills, but about allowing yourself to create your reality and let it into your life. Put your judgmental mind aside and just do it.

While you are busy drawing, penning or coloring, feel the satisfaction of creating a balance between the debts and the means of payment you are creating - as if it was a real payment of your debts. Dare to dream and have fun!

Day 2 – The Source of All Abundance!

Here are the tasks for today:

They may be simple for some, but not for others. Remember that if it is difficult for you to carry out any specific task, it means that you may have a block here - an obstacle in your consciousness in a form of limiting belief. Be aware of this and don’t give up.

1. Write down in your notebook all the outstanding debts you have:
Overdrafts in bank accounts, credit cards, loans, mortgages, personal debts, legal debts - debts of any kind.  No need to record amounts, only to whom and for what. For example mortgage, car loan, debt to Sam for last night's pizza, and whatever else it may be.

Then make a list of all your recurring monthly payments. Again, without numbers, just a list.

For example rent, electricity, gas, tax, water, accountant, kindergarten, music tutor, gym, manicure, insurance, etc. Everything you pay on a monthly basis should be recorded.  Also list other non-recurring expenses, such as semi-annual car insurance.

Create a complete list of sources of your expenses, constant and changing.

Give yourself time to calmly walk through all areas of your life in which you pay money.

Complete this task today! 

At the end of the list complete this statement: “Abundance to me is ____” 

2. Now write 10 things you’re grateful for!  Anything counts, such as “I’m grateful for my fancy handmade bath soap” or “I’m thankful for my good friend, Sue.”  Each line begins with, “I’m grateful for” or “I’m thankful for”.  Let each gratitude statement flow with ease from your heart.

3. Write down today’s affirmation in your notebook or journal and remember it as often as possible during the day.

4. Also write down the Mantra:
