*Day 0 - Deepak Chopra's 21 Day Meditation.* Welcome! I'm super excited to be your guide for the next 21 days, especially into the new year! Now's the time to build your habits of abundance! I'll be a conduit for each day's meditation, sharing the exercises from Deepak as well as gratitude inspiration from "The Magic" by the author of "The Secret", Rhonda Byrne. The goal is to get to know yourself better and to change/clarify beliefs and attitudes, building abundance from now onward. Further, you will establish a gratitude journal for each of the 21 days. We will work together to open the flow of abundance by committing to a 21-day practice. Why 21 days? Well, that's what the studies say it takes to form a new habit! *TIME COMMITMENT:* 10-15 minutes for meditation at a convenient time and 5-30 minutes to complete the task of the day. (you decide how much you engage with each task) Participating in this practice will further support you in realizing your strengths and uncovering blocks, fears, and limiting beliefs in the area of abundance. As we realize these blocks, we can then actively work to heal them by opening up an infinite source of abundance! The program starts NOW and the first meditation will start tomorrow! I will send a task and meditation each day for you to complete. ——*GUIDELINES OF THE GROUP!* IMPORTANT: Please do not write comments in the group so as not to lose sight of the practice and meditation. If you have any questions, message me privately. ✨And I know, you wanna say, "thanks" or something after a post, but there's no need. It'll be a distraction. In fact, I recommend turning off notifications from this group. Also, I am sending the instructions today so you have time to set aside a journal to dedicate solely to this practice. 1. I'll post each task around midnight the night before. Ideally, you will complete each mediation before noon, your time. 2. If in the task you need to write something, preferably write it by hand, with a pen or pencil on paper in your journal. But hey, if you're very efficient with your electronic gizmotron, then by all means use it! 3. Ideally complete the task after Deepak Chopra’s meditation. You'll be in a perfect, calm, meditative state! 4. The more you focus on each daily task, where you set aside time and space for it, the better experience you'll have. 5. If you cannot participate, or keep the rhythm of the program, and you get far behind, please remove yourself from the group. Make this decision on your own. It is important for us to maintain the flow so that the energy input into this process does not dissipate. 6. After completing the daily task, please write the completion statement. For example, “Day 1 Honored" as a confirmation. There will be days in which I will ask you to leave other comments. (Aha! You do get to occasionally post more comments!) Every day there will be a published task, affirmation of the day, and Deepak Chopra's audio with a meditation. —— REMINDERS: If you have questions, please do not write them here, but send either me in a personal message or text.
