As we head into our last week together, let’s keep up the momentum to create even _More Abundance!_   Seriously, the *Abundance Train keeps a’rollin’!* 

Over the past week, we have examined Abundance in terms of the principles described in Deepak Chopra’s book, “The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success,” from the Law of Pure Potentiality to the Law of Dharma today.

When your life is full of true purpose, your dharma — or Abundance — rushes toward you easily and effortlessly. As the saying goes: _“Do what you love and the money will follow”._

It is not only about material wealth, but about satisfaction, confidence, optimism, joy, and Abundance — and all of the manifestations that come more easily to you when you live your true purpose in life.

1. Today's task is to answer the following questions:

QUESTION 1: What are my talents?
QUESTION 2: What brings me the most joy?
QUESTION 3: How do I feel this joy in my everyday life and my current work?
QUESTION 4: How can I approach life full of joy by living my dharma, or life's dream?
QUESTION 5: How can I give my abundant talents to the world?

Please make a point to _connect_ your talents with your most sincere desire to be in service in the world.
Write the answers as you receive guidance from your heart’s intuition, guided by the Universe.

Think about it. You could say, "It's been a challenge to be of service to the world in my everyday life."  But every action, idea, gesture, and moment is an opportunity to connect, inspire, and transform others around you.

Let's go further:  _Pause_ and mentally light up your _Abundance Family Tree._ Bring each person to mind and feel their talents. Imagine ways you currently have opportunities to support and encourage their Abundance.

_Pause again_ and imagine your _Abundance Family Tree_ rooting deep into the earth, to its core, and growing to the reaches of the sky!  _That's ALL YOU!_  You are creating this Abundance for everyone and you are serving this world more than you can imagine. _The fruits of your Abundance Tree will return to you 100-fold!_

*GO FORTH!*

Enjoy this day, noticing the generous gifts that surround and seek you, and nudge you to notice and accept them.

Tune in to this recognition during the entire day and stay open to receive any guidance from the Universe. Give thanks for each of these today.

At the end of the day, write down three or more paths/sources through which Abundance has flowed to you, even if it was something very small. Afterward, go back to the questions and fill in more details! Did you learn something new about yourself or make a new commitment to yourself?

Good morning, friends! Welcome to lucky day 13! 🌞

What a fascinating time for us to journey the abundance mindset together?
_Are you willing to choose bliss amidst disarray and challenges that possibly stir around you?_

It's all your choice!

_Abundance and the Law of Detachment_

Continuing from yesterday, we get to lose attachment to the outcome. An essential step in achieving our goals.  Today we will learn how to abandon our desire to get a certain result. We will learn about the _Law of Detachment._

Abundance comes in many forms. As long as we create through desires that benefit the whole world, we can create whatever we want.

It's easy to feel that symbols of abundance — a big house, a new car, elaborate lifestyles — will bring waves of excitement into our life. Yet these symbols may also mean sacrificing the magnitude of the ocean for the sake of several transient waves.

"Live overflowing with an abundance of love, passion, creativity, and significance — and then these symbols themselves will ‘chase’ you." — Dr. David Simon, Co-Founder of the Chopra Center

1. Task for Day 13:

QUESTION 1: What symbols of abundance do you dream of?

QUESTION 2: How could they improve both your life and the lives of others?

QUESTION 3: How else will such abundance positively affect your life?


Similar to day 11, now see characteristics and patterns you have that resemble or relate to your FATHER.

A. What are/were his beliefs and attitude towards abundance?
B. How has it affected you?
C. What do you / did you like and dislike about him?
D. What are/were his disappointments and dreams for himself and for you?

Clearly, some characteristics or patterns we have, we inherited from our parents and others are from our own unique nature. See what characteristics of your father and mother you have rejected in the past and what you might love to embrace today.

This is a call for awareness because the way that you live may have been influenced by your heritage (what was passed down). It calls for the opportunity to look deeper at what you have subconsciously accepted and believed from your parents, and definitely choose to completely move on.

Day 12 – Abundance and the Law of Intention and Desire

Good day everyone, our journey continues! Today is one of my favorite days of the 21!

*Attention energizes; Intention transforms.*

In today's wonderful meditation, we will look at this concept with the _Law of Intention and Desire._

Whatever you want or need in your life, there is a path supported by your Intention. You can program the universal consciousness, with its unlimited power, to work for you by clearly articulating the intention and planting its seeds in the field of all possibilities.  

✨ Remember that _all possibilities_ could lead to many different and very filling outcomes, more fascinating and _Abundant_ than your original _Intention!_  ✨

You will attract the right people as well as favorable situations and circumstances, which will help you in the manifestation and implementation of your desires!

QUESTIONS:
Imagine you got a call today and were asked, "What is your #1 intention right now?"

QUESTION 1: What is your biggest intention in life?
QUESTION 2: What did you / will you do to get absolute clarity about it?
QUESTION 3: How will this intention best serve you and others?

1. Task for Day 12:

Connect to yesterday. Go back in time and feel your home, your mom, and your dad. They lived in a totally different environment and time than you. Their understanding of money came from a totally different background.

Was hard work a real experience for them? Was abundance a challenge? Did they go through a period of austerity? Did they say, "Eat all the food on your plate. Children are starving in Africa"?

And today your response may very well be, "Is there not planetary abundance for all of us?"

If you have children, they will have a completely different money experience than you. It will not look the same physically, mentally, and emotionally.

_You're now the prosperity navigator and able to travel wherever you choose!_

Check within and make a list of the following:

1. What you have learned from your parents and family about money?
2. What you have learned about what you need to do to in order have money?
3. What are the thought forms and beliefs that you have inherited?
4. What practices and instructions do you still follow and obey?
5. What do you know by now is incorrect?
6. What do you intend to change now with your new navigational powers?

You're getting very wise, right?

Today, every time you see yourself in a mirror, tell yourself something you are grateful for. For example, “I’m grateful because you are a loving friend.”  By the end of the day, you’ll have done this 10 times if you’re drinking enough water! :)

Day 11 – Abundance and the Law of of Least Effort

In today's meditation, we will look at the Law of Least Effort and how it can support us in becoming unattached to the outcome of our deepest desires and intentions.

When our actions are motivated by love, our energy is multiplied and accumulated. The release of this energy allows us to redirect and use it to create everything that we want to create.

When the spirit is our inner point of reference, the power of love is at our disposal.  We can use this energy creatively, moving toward abundance and evolution.

✨Questions:

1. According to your belief system, how hard should you have to work to enjoy true abundance?

2. In what areas of your life would you like to experience more abundance with less effort?

3. What changes can you make to release your desires more freely into the space of universal consciousness — the source of all abundance?

Tasks for Day 11:

1. Bring your mother to mind:
Has your mother lived with fulfilling abundance?

Now describe your mother in your notebook:

A. What are her positive aspects?
B. What are her limitations?
C. What do/did you learn from her?
D. What brings/brought you closer?
E. What separates/separated or distances / distanced you from her?
F. What is her strongest disappointment?
G. What are her dreams? Her dreams for you?

This is deep, powerful work, as our parents are our gate to abundance in our physical world!
Our beliefs about abundance are influenced by them.
If this is a challenging task, simply see her as just a human being, an individual living her own life.
If your mother is no longer in this world, focus on her image, visit with that image, and write what rises in your memory and feelings.

4. Gratitude envisioning: Write 10 things you’re grateful for which WILL happen in 2021. This is your crystal ball to see into your abundance, prosperity, receiving heart and giving heart throughout the year.

Day 10 – Abundance and the Law of Karma

Today, start as early as possible so that there is more time to return to today's affirmation.

In today's meditation we will learn about the _Law of Karma or conscious choice-making_ and see how by making the right choices, we can bring goodness into our lives.

When you are making a choice, you get to ask yourself: "How will this choice bring more happiness and more _Abundance_ into my life and lives of those around me, including my _Abundance Family_?"

Having asked this question, shift your attention from your mind to your heart and the answer should immediately become clear.

By practicing conscious choice-making in this way, you will learn to observe your thoughts and make decisions that are most favorable to you.

QUESTION 1:  How do you normally make decisions?

QUESTION 2:  How have your key decisions, over the years, affected your life?

QUESTION 3:  How can you make more conscious choices from now on?

Tasks for Day 10:

1. From the list of 5 flaws/shortcomings you wrote down yesterday, find 2 which you are ready to work with.  

Schedule an action plan by writing down at least 2 actions, specific daily activities, or wider actions extended over time.

In order to “improve” a flaw, make a specific plan on how to reduce/eliminate it, or realize its strong side and start using it to your benefit. Shift your perspective. After all, _ADHD_ may simply be, _"Attention Deficit Hyper-beneficiary Delights!"_

When done, today is the day to launch your plan!

Write the affirmation of the day in your notebook and keep it in your head, remembering and reciting it as often as possible during the day.

Today, do what you usually don’t. Pass through a new road and not the usual route. Take a walk through the park and if you see something of interest, take the time to stop and explore it. If you’ve been invited by a group of people to an event, but you always refused to go – say "YES"!

_Try doing as many things as different as possible._

Have a different breakfast. Dress differently. Go to a real boutique store rather than Amazon. Buy something unusual. Go to a new cafe. Get to know someone you've been interested in for a long time.

Blessed Day Dear Friends. Welcome to Day 9.

Here are your tasks for today:

1. Please write in your notebook 5 of your shortcomings/flaws which you believe limit you.

Write down those qualities which don’t allow you to receive what you want in life.

These are things that you want to change, get rid of, and learn to recognize in a way that will make everything in your life flow easier.

Try to focus and dig deep into your consciousness.

Try not to only write with your mind, but also feel these flaws with your heart.

2. Affirmation of the day:
*Today and every day, I give that which I want to receive.*

3. Mantra of the day:
*Om Vardanam Nama*

4. Gratitude x 10
Write down 10 things *about you* that you are grateful for! Remember, “I am grateful for..” or “Thank you for..” is the format. 

And one quick thought about the mantra meditation each day.  You could say, "These words are foreign to me, so how could they be useful?" "I may as well be saying, 'mashed potatoes, mashed potatoes.'"  Possibly, however, this would be missing the potentiality of your process.  By slowing your mind as you repeat the mantra, you are distracting your mind from other thoughts and calming any stress, bringing forth clarity. Let the words, which have a certain rhythm, and your body understands, carry you further. 

Your body is sharpening your _Attention to your Intention._

_And what if the Intention was actually that of the universe? What if your life's mission and journey stand directly in your path and you simply need to focus Attention on the signs you are receiving? Now, you are finding your surest path towards greater Abundance!_

Today's assignment:
Find at least five receipts of recent purchases. Receipts can be of any type:  supermarket, restaurant, personal items, car, health, hairdresser, entertainment, etc.

Write on each of them:

💫All that is invested is good and will return to itself seven times.💫

If your purchase receipts are electronic, you may create your own paper receipt by writing the amount, date, and to whom you paid on a piece of paper.

And from now on, on each purchase receipt that you receive, write this statement — or experiment with others that are similarly resonant for you (e.g., “Whatever I spend returns to me hundredfold”).

Remember, it’s important not only WHAT you write, but HOW you write it. Write with presence and intention.

Words have power. They help our mind build new programming and therefore help to create a new reality for us.

Bravo for your commitments to date! Keep sticking with the practice as it starts to get more engaging and thus more rewarding.

Welcome to the third day!

We can all benefit from pausing, allocating some time to ourselves and diving into the consciousness of abundance in a community of like-minded people. Also, it’s good discipline.

Here are the tasks for Day 3:

1. In your notebook, draw banknotes, checks, stocks, bonds, bills, coins, gift cards, loyalty points, cryptos and any other means of payment. 💰💳💎💷💶💴

Draw more than enough to pay all the debts and expenses you recorded yesterday. 😉 Some of us carry a number in our head (an amount we need/want) while others don’t even know the number. Take some time to figure out yours today.

You have complete freedom to create a solution. We draw, so that the opportunity to pay off everything you need is created in field of possibilities!

Use your imagination, your creativity and markers, pencils or paint completely freely. It's not about drawing skills, but about allowing yourself to create your reality and let it into your life. Put your judgmental mind aside and just do it.

While you are busy drawing, penning or coloring, feel the satisfaction of creating a balance between the debts and the means of payment you are creating - as if it was a real payment of your debts. Dare to dream and have fun!

Day 2 – The Source of All Abundance!

*Day 2 - The Source of All Abundance!* 

Here are the tasks for today:

They may be simple for some, but not for others. Remember that if it is difficult for you to carry out any specific task, it means that you may have a block here - an obstacle in your consciousness in a form of limiting belief. Be aware of this and don’t give up.

1. Write down in your notebook all the outstanding debts you have:
Overdrafts in bank accounts, credit cards, loans, mortgages, personal debts, legal debts - debts of any kind.  No need to record amounts, only to whom and for what. For example mortgage, car loan, debt to Sam for last night's pizza, and whatever else it may be.

Then make a list of all your recurring monthly payments. Again, without numbers, just a list.

For example rent, electricity, gas, tax, water, accountant, kindergarten, music tutor, gym, manicure, insurance, etc. Everything you pay on a monthly basis should be recorded.  Also list other non-recurring expenses, such as semi-annual car insurance.

Create a complete list of sources of your expenses, constant and changing.

Give yourself time to calmly walk through all areas of your life in which you pay money.

Complete this task today! 

At the end of the list complete this statement: “Abundance to me is ____” 

2. Now write 10 things you’re grateful for!  Anything counts, such as “I’m grateful for my fancy handmade bath soap” or “I’m thankful for my good friend, Sue.”  Each line begins with, “I’m grateful for” or “I’m thankful for”.  Let each gratitude statement flow with ease from your heart.

3. Write down today’s affirmation in your notebook or journal and remember it as often as possible during the day.

4. Also write down the Mantra:
